Phil Toop has spent 37 years in financial markets and financial advice, and most of that time working out how to make his own brain and the financial system meet in the middle.
Diagnosed as AuDHD later in life, Phil recognised something that traditional advice had missed entirely: the standard advice process assumes consistent attention, comfortable phone calls, tolerance for dense documents and steady week-to-week capacity. Plenty of capable people do not work that way, and the system reads that as a personal failing rather than a design problem.
NeuroMoney exists to correct that design problem. Phil builds financial plans that work with interest-based motivation, variable capacity, sensory needs and different ways of processing numbers, without asking anyone to mask or apologise.
How Phil works with clients
Written summaries before and after every meeting. Agendas in advance. Meetings that can be shortened, split or rescheduled without penalty. Visual financial maps instead of spreadsheet walls. Plans that assume some weeks will be harder than others, and that keep running anyway.
